About the Project

Coreus are amongst those leading the way on several urban regeneration projects across the region, including Lacework’s Living.

Lacework’s Living, Barnstaple is an exciting new development set to redevelop the town’s historic Laceworks factory. The disused site in the heart of Barnstaple has been empty since 2013.

The new landmark building will offer public open spaces, car parking, access for pedestrians and cyclists as well as 65 new apartments, townhouses and affordable homes for local people.

Working closely with Homes England and Akkeron Group, Coreus are currently providing cost consultancy services, with this moving to an Employers agent role to commence the construction stage.
