"The former Rolls Royce site in Filton, Bristol was derelict for a number of years. The Horizon 38 development has regenerated the area with new warehouse, trade counters and retail outlets. Unit G5 is 115,000 sqft industrial unit with integrated offices. The building is also set to achieve BREEAM excellent rating. Coreus, working on behalf of St Francis goup, worked with MCS to deliver this high quality commercial project."
