About the Project
A new community-led, net zero carbon 70-home development in Kings Tamerton, supporting the City of Plymouth’s sustainability targets through a focus on social value, local engagement and sustainable delivery. The scheme comprises mixed-tenure homes and flats ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, delivered using MMC modular construction. Our collaborative Pre-Construction approach and sustainability expertise enabled the client to progress a replicable model for community-led, net zero housing.
