  • Proposed scheme(s) was forecasted to exceed clients budget, Coreus reviewed the design, providing Value Management / Value Engineering proposals to ensure the necessary functions of the building were maintained but within the clients budget.

What we did

Coreus have been involved in the costings of two schemes within this overall project and this has continued Coreus’ partnership on projects with Petroc college. One scheme is a first floor extension, including alterations to the existing carpentry workshop teaching facility in order to provide additional teaching space. The other scheme involves the renovation and alteration of the existing arts teaching facility to provide a new construction teaching facility.
