About the Project

Sky Park is a site near to Exeter airport which has just received planning to provide 35 sustainable business units, these units will be built to BREEAM ‘Excellent’ benchmark and provide a space of from 1,000 sq ft with the option of half or full-mezzanine floor.

The location is positioned next to the M5 with excellent transport links and neighbouring businesses such as Lidl distribution centre, DPD and Amazon. At sky park there will be Solar PV, Electric car charging points and covered bicycle storage to promote sustainable travel. The use of three phase electric roller-shutter doors will be used to reduce operational costs for the businesses.
