Winslade Park is a Burrington Estates development, comprising of high quality, multi-let office space, leisure facilities, residential apartments and new homes.

Coreus Group are providing Project and Cost Management services as part of a wider multi discipline team comprising of Kensington Taylor Architects, Hydrock, Avalon Planning, JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton.

The 86 acre estate and stately home is perfectly placed as an employment, residential and leisure site, next to Junction 30 of the M5, close to the airport and just 10 minutes from Exeter city centre. It will become a best-practice development, demonstrating how an historic site can be sensitively re-developed to reinvigorate the community, creating a vibrant commercial centre for many thriving businesses around the 18th Century manor house itself.
