Last week, we hosted our very first ‘New Starter Culture & Connection Workshop’ in Bristol, led by Andrew Clancy and James Colthart. The day kicked off with an icebreaker ‘Whose fun fact belongs to who?’ before Alan Richell led an engaging ‘Purpose, Vision & Values’ workshop. This session explored the foundations on which Coreus was built, the values that continue to guide us today and our ambition to be a place that people want to work for and with.
After a great morning, the team headed to Cosy Club for lunch, where they discovered they shared an unexpected favourite, the Caesar salad! They then returned to the Bristol office for a chance to meet the wider team.
It was a fantastic day, full of connection, collaboration and conversation. As Coreus continues to grow, we’re excited to keep investing in workshops like these that help our new starters feel welcomed and part of our culture from day one.
