Chris von Tersch joined the launch of Y Storfa, Swansea’s new community hub. Formerly home to BHS and Miss Selfridge, the building has been transformed into a vibrant space that combines a range of library facilities, including a children’s library, a general library, and the South Wales Miners Library Collection, alongside flexible community areas for events such as art exhibitions.
This project has been a passion project of Coreus and will make a real, lasting difference to the community. It gives residents easier access to essential public services and celebrates and preserves local history.

“Refurbishing a building of this size brings its challenges, but seeing it come to life and knowing the positive impact it will have on the community makes it all worthwhile. The team, the staff, and the community are delighted with the new space, and moments like this remind me why we do this work.”
